Embracing Change is a start up born from the vision and dream of its founder, Joan Laine, and her desire to capacitate and enable others to reach their highest potential in order to be of service to self and community It has been created as a vehicle to design, incubate and deliver change andIntro transformation solutions in collaboration with thought leaders, behavioural scientists, neuroscientists, and transformation leaders within organisations, communities and educational systems.
The aim of Embracing Change is to bring together experts and specialists within their fields, to develop integrated transformation solutions through pilot incubators, before expanding these solutions to a broader application of approved Transformational Leadership programmes.
The concept itself was devised 10 years ago and sat within the dusty covers of a notebook until the elements allowing for its birth matured enough for realisation to take place.
Embracing Change proposes an innovative approach to respond to these particular questions using technology, neuroscience and Self-leadership. This Transformational vehicle also aims to bridge cultural gaps between academia and the work place by focusing programme solutions on the people aspects of change and transformation.
